The Skating Club of Boston, established in 1912, is the oldest established figure skating club in the United States. Their facility in Boston had exceeded the capacity of their membership and In 2015, while pursuing expansion of their aging facility, Firland Management was approached to provide our expertise to assist in the concept of building a new facility capable of increasing the growth of the club.
At that time Firland assisted the Club with an extensive analysis of the Feasibility Study and Business Plan as well as defining possible suitable locations. Moving forward, Firland is now working as Construction Consultants on the build of a 3 sheet, world class facility that will be a nation wide hub for figure skating.
